Endoparaziter İlaçlar ve Toksisite

Paraziter hastalıklar, dünya çapında ciddi morbidite ve mortaliteye neden olarak insanlara ağır bedeller ödetmektedir. Bu derleme, insanlarda majör protozoan ve helmint enfeksiyonlarının tedavisi ve ilaç toksisitelerini gözden geçirmektedir. Umarız bu inceleme, bilim insanlarını ilaç toksisiteleri için gerekli ek bilgileri edinmeleri için teşvik edecektir.

Endoparasitary Drugs and Toxicity

Parasitic diseases cause substantial morbidity and mortality worldwide, taking the heaviest toll among the world’s people. This article reviews the treatment and drug toxicities of the major protozoan and helminth infections in humans. We hope this brief review will stimulate scientists to acquire additional information necessary for drug toxicities.
