Erkek cinsel sağlığı için bitkisel kaynaklı tedaviler hakkındaki kanıtlar çelişkilidir. Bu standart olmayan sonuçlar, bitki kaynaklı destek ürünlerin farklı prosedürlerle hazırlanıp kullanılmasına ve bu konudaki araştırmaların genellikle hayvan çalışmaları olmasına bağlıdır. Bu çalışmaların sonuçları çoğu kez yeterince güvenli olmayabilir. Çünkü hayvanların temel mekanik ya da içgüdüsel cinsel işlevlerine ne kadar güvenebileceğimiz kuşkuludur. Yohimbin, Larginin ve ginseng hakkında kullanımlarını öneren birçok çalışma olmasına rağmen, iyi dizayn edilmiş randomize kontrollü çalışmaların eksikliği dikkat çekmektedir.. Mevcut objektif verilere göre erkek cinsel sağlığının korunması ve cinsel hastalıklarının tedavisinde doğal afrodizyakların bu gün için yeri bulunmamaktadır

Natural aphrodisiacs for male sexual health

Evidence for herbal treatments for male sexual health is contradictory. This could be due to non-standardized outcomes and different procedures used in the preparation of plant extracts and research into the subject's is usually reliance on animal studies. Therefore, animal studies are not accurate. Because mechanical or instinctive sexual functions of the animals are doubtful how much we can trust. Preliminary research on a few drugs such as yohimbine, L- Arginine and ginseng is encouraging, but well-designed randomized controlled clinical trials are lacking. In the light of objective data, today there is no place for Natural Aphrodisiacs drugs in the treatment of male sexual problem
