Bazı bölgelerimizde yetişen soya fasulyesi ve ayçiçeği tohumlarının özütlenmesinden elde edilen ham yağda bulunan eser elementlerden demir ve bakır miktarları analiz sonucu belirlenmiştir. Farklı bölgelerden temin edilen soya ve ayçiçeği tohumlarının özütlenmesinden elde edilen yağların miktarları belirlenmiş ayrıca, kırılma indisi, özgül ağırlık, nem ve kül gibi fiziksel özellikleri tayinle saptanmış olup, kıyaslamalar yapılmıştır.  

The amounts of the trace elements such as iron and copper in crude oils extracted from soybean and sunflower seeds in our some regions were determined experimentally. The amounts of crude oils obtained seeds supplied from the different regions were found. In addition, refractive index, specific gravity, moisture and ash as physical properties were determined and made comparison of obtained results.
