Verrüköz epidermal nevüs zeminimde gelişmiş pigmente bazal hücreli karsinom: Olgu sunumu

Epidermal nevüsler embriyojenik epidermisin bazal tabakasındaki pluripotent germinal hücrelerden köken alan organoid lezyonlar- dır. Oldukça nadir görülür. Verrüköz tipte dahil olmak üzere birden fazla klinik varyantları vardır. Verrüköz epidermal nevüsün, lo- kal, sistematik, nevus unius lateris, ihtiyosis histriks ve inflamatuar lineer verrüköz nevüs gibi alt tipleri vardır. Literatürde, epidermal nevüs zeminde gelişmiş bazal hücreli karsinom ve skuamöz hücreli karsinom vakaları nadir olarak bildirilmiştir. Bu makalede, nadir görülmesi nedeniyle, lokal tip verrüköz epidermal nevüs zemininde gelişmiş pigmente bazal hücreli karsinom olgusunu sunduk.

Pigmented basal cell carcinoma that developed basis on verrucous epidermal nevus: case report

Epidermal nevi are organoid lesions that originate from pluripotent germinative cells at the basal layer of the embryonic epidermis. It is rarely seen. There are multiple clinical variants including verrucous type. There are subtypes of verrucous epidermal nevus as localized, systematized, nevus unius lateris, ichthyosis hystrix and inflammatory linear verrucous nevus. In literature, cases of basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma, that developed basis on epidermal nevus, were rarely reported.
