Sağ kol başlangıçlı ve cilt tutulumlu hızlı seyirli bir non-Hodgkin lenfoma vakası

Amaç: Primer ekstranodal lenfomamn iskelet kaslarından başlangıcı nadirdir. Biz primer olarak iskelet kas başlangıçlı ve deri tutulumlu bir lenfoma vakası tanımladık. Literatürü gözden geçirmeyi amaçladık. Olgu sunumu: 75 yaşında erkek hasta. Hasta sağ kol başlangıçlı ve cilt tutulumlu hızlı seyirli bir non-Hodgkin lenfoma vakası idi. Histolojisi agresif büyük B hücreli lenfoma idi. Sonuç: Yumuşak doku lenfomaları malign tümörlerin diğer tiplerinden ayrılmalıdır.

A rapidly progressive non-Hodgkin lymphomas case which shows infiltration on skin arising from right arm

Objective: Primary extranodal lymphoma arising from skeletal muscle is rare. We described a case of primary skeletal muscle lymphoma and skin infiltration. The related literature has been rewieved Case report: A 75-years old-man patient. A rapidly progressive non-Hodgkin lymphomas case vvhich shows infiltration on skin arising from right arm. The disease has an aggressive histology of the large B-cell lymphoma Conclusion: The soft tissue lymphoma had distinguished from malignant tumors of other types.
