Objective: We aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of micro-PERC in the surgical treatment of kidney stones in pediatric patients.Materials and methods: We reviewed the data of 32 pediatric patients who underwent micro-PERC for pediatric renal stone disease between January 2015 and January 2017 in our clinic retrospectively. The duration of operation, duration of fluoroscopy, length of hospital stay, complication rates and stone free rates were recorded. Results: The mean age of the 32 patients was 5 ± 4.1 years, and the mean stone size was 13.35 ± 3.12 mm. The duration of operation was 74.2 ± 14.2 minutes, while the mean duration of fluoroscopy was 109 ± 31.2 seconds. Conclusion: : Minimally invasive methods such as micro-PERC are effective and reliable treatment methods in children.
