Metastatik gastrik melanoma

Amaç: Malign melanomanın gastrointestinal tutulumu daha çok ince barsakları etkiler. Gastrik metastaz ise nadirdir. Bir olgu nedeniyle metastatik gastrik melanoma gözden geçirilerek tedavi prosedürleri değerlendirilmiştir. Olgu sunumu: 5 yıl önce koroidal melanom nedeniyle ameliyat olan 69 yaşında erkek hastada karaciğerde ve midede metastatik melanom tespit edildi. Sonuç: Multiorgan metastazlı ileri evre metastatik gastrik melanomlu hastalarda konservatif tedavi ve sistemik kemoterapi en uygun tedavi şeklidir.

Metastatic gastric melanoma

Objective: Malignant melanoma mostly affects small intestine in the gastrointestinal system, but gastric metastasis is rare. Because of a case with metastatic gastric melanoma, this case was re-evaluated and treatment protocols was analyzed. Case report: Hepatic and gastric metastasis were found in a male patient aged 69 years who was operated 5 years ago for choroidal melanoma. Conclusion: Conservative treatment and systemic chemotherapy are the most appropriate treatment modalities for high grade metastatic gastric melanoma associated with multiple organ metastasis.
