An interesting case of Kaposi sarcoma with atypical clinical features

Objective: Classical Kaposi sarcoma usually presents with slowly growing, dark red to violecous nodules located in the lower extremities. Case report: A 77 year-old-man with a history of larynx carcinoma applied with a hyperkeratotic heel lesion of short duration. Conclusion: We decided to present this case, for whom a diagnosis of Kaposi sarcoma was concluded following excision of the lesion, in order to remind the various clinical presentations of this unusual tumor.
