Tekstil Atıksularındaki Metal Kompleks Boyarmaddelerin Yumurta Kabukları İle Giderimi

Bu çalışmada AV90 (C.I.Acid Violet 90) ve AY194 (C.I.Acid Yellow 194) boyarmaddelerinin yumurta kabukları kullanılarak adsorpsiyonu araştırılmıştır. pH (2-7), adsorplayıcı miktarı (3-25 g/L), partikül boyutu (30-710 μm), sıcaklık (20-40ºC) ve başlangıç boyarmadde derişimi (50-200 mg/L) gibi parametrelerin adsorpsiyona etkileri incelenmiştir. En yüksek giderim her iki boyarmadde için pH 2 de elde edilmiştir. Deneysel denge verilerine Langmuir, Freundlich ve Temkin adsorpsiyon izoterm modelleri uygulanmıştır ve izoterm sabitleri belirlenmiştir. En yüksek boyarmadde giderimi 20oC sıcaklıkta gerçekleştirilmiş olup bu sıcaklıkta sırasıyla 9,7 mg/g ve 9,60 mg/g giderim kapasitesi ve % 82,3 ve % 91,5 giderim elde edilmiştir. Boyarmaddelerin adsorpsiyon kinetiği en iyi Pseudo ikinci derece model ile tanımlanmıştır.
