SİLİKA İLE MİKROENKAPSÜLE EDİLMİŞ FE2O3 İÇERİKLİ KÜRELERİN ÜRETİM PROSESİNİN İYİLEŞTİRİLMESİ VE KATALİTİK AKTİVİTELERİNİN BELİRLENMESİ

Mikro kürelerin sentezinde izlenen ve ısıl muamele, kalsinasyon ve yüzey aktif madde kullanımı gibi pek çok basamak içeren sentez prosedürleri endüstriyel uygulamalarda bir takım zorluklara ve maliyet artışlarına neden olmaktadır. Bu zorlukların üstesinden gelmek ayrıca sentez şartlarındaki ek işlemlerden kaynaklanan maliyetlerin azaltılması amacıyla, Fe2O3 içerikli mezo gözenekli mikro kürelerin sentezine yönelik yüzey aktif madde kullanımı ve kalsinasyon işlemi gerektirmeyen oldukça ekonomik ve pratik bir prosedür geliştirilmiştir ve farklı Fe2O3 yükleme oranlarında uygulanmıştır.  Mikro küre yapısında yer alan kristal Fe2O3 fazlarının varlığı ve homojen demir (Fe) dağılımına sahip düzenli mikro küre oluşumu karakterizasyon analizleri ile gösterilmiştir. H2O2’nin dekompozisyon reaksiyonunda test edilen mikro kürelerin katalitik olarak aktif oldukları görülmüştür.  Çalışmada yeni prosedür ile sentezlenmiş Fe2O3 içerikli mezogözenekli katalizörlerin asidik katalizör kullanılan reaksiyonlar için alternatif oluşturabilecekleri anlaşılmıştır.
