Rhizopus delemar ve Candida türlerinin immobilizasyonu ile sentezlenen biyokompozitlerle tetrasiklin giderimi
Bu çalışmada mikroorganizma olarak Candida türü (Candida lipolytica, Candida membranaefaciens, Candida tropicalis, Candida utilis) mayaların ve Rhizopus delemar mantarının kitosana tutuklanması ile hazırlanan biyokompozitlerle tetrasiklin adsorpsiyonu incelenmiştir. Kullanılan parametre aralıklarında pH 2-7, sıcaklık 25-55 0C, derişimi 10-100 mg/L, optimum pH değeri 4.0 ve sıcaklık 250C maksimum kapasite tetrasiklin için kitosan-Candida utilis biyokompozitinin için 1.179 mg/g olarak belirlenmiştir. Deneysel denge verilerinin kitosan ve biyokompozitler için Freundlich izoterm modeline, kinetik veriler ise ikinci dereceden kinetik hız modeli uygunluğu görülmüştür. Entalpi, entropi ve Gibss serbest enerji değişimi termodinamik paremetrelere göre çalışan adsorpsiyon prosesinin ekzotermik ve istemli olduğu belirlenmiştir. Kitosan-Candida utilis biyokompozitinin adsorpsiyon öncesi ve sonrası FTIR, SEM analizleri ile karakterizasyon çalışmaları gerçekleşmiştir. Yapılan bu çalışma ile yeni kitosan-mikroorganizma biyokompozitlerinin tetrasiklin giderimi için alternatif olacağı düşünülmüştür.
