HOMOJEN OLMAYAN POISSON SÜRECİ: BİR MADEN MAKİNESİNİN GÜVENİLİRLİK ANALİZİ

Herhangi bir güvenilirlik analizi yapılmadan önce, verilerin bağımsız ve benzer dağılmış (bbd) olupolmadıklarını kontrol etmek amacıyla trend testleri yapılmalıdır. Veri setinde trendin varlığı tespit edildiğitakdirde, Arızalar Arası Süre(AAS)’nin zamana bağlı olarak değiştiğini kabul eden Homojen Olmayan PoissonSüreci (HOPS) trendi tanımlamakta kullanılmalıdır. Bu çalışmada, trend testleri bir çekme kepçenin (dragline)mekanik sistemine ait birbirini takip eden arıza sürelerinin bağımsız ve benzer şekilde dağılmamış olduğunugöstermiştir. Uyum iyiliği testleri, Homojen Olmayan Poisson Sürecinin özel bir durumu olan Kuvvet YasasıSüreci (KYS)’nin arıza verilerini değerlendirmede kullanılabileceğini göstermiştir. Ayrıca, KYS’ninparametreleri kullanılmak suretiyle beklenen arıza adedi, bir sonraki beklenen arıza zamanı ve farklı zamanperiyodları için güvenilirlik değerleri hesaplanmıştır.
