Elektrikli bir araç için tekerlek içi asenkron motorun tasarım ve optimizasyonu

Bu çalışmada elektrikli araç (EA) teknolojileri, araç dinamiği ve asenkron motor parametreleri incelenmiştir. Araç dinamiği üzerine yapılan incelemelerden, binek bir araç için motor performans gereksinimleri hesaplanmıştır. Asenkron motor performans karakteristiği ve tasarım parametreleri ele alınarak değerlendirilmiştir. Arzu edilen motor performans gereksinimlerini elde etmek için, Taguchi metodu ile asenkron motor için önem derecesi düşük parametreler elenmiştir. Asenkron motor için kritik parametrelerin belirlenmesinin ardından motor parametreleri optimize edilerek tasarım tamamlanmıştır. Sonuç olarak Taguchi metodu ve belirlenen bir standart sapma değerini kullanarak asenkron motor tasarımında önem derecesi düşük parametrelerin elenmesiyle uzun analiz sürelerinden kaynaklanan zaman israfının önüne geçilmeye çalışılmıştır.
