ÇALIŞMA DURUŞLARININ ERGONOMİK ANALİZİ

Ergonominin amaçlarından biri de çalışma duruşlarının iyileştirilmesiyle, çalışanın yetenekleri ve iş gerekleri arasındaki dengenin oluşturulması ve sonucunda işçi güvenliği-sağlığı ve sistemin toplam verimliliğinin iyileştirilmesinin sağlanmasıdır. Bu çalışmada, çalışma duruşunun tanımı, çalışma duruşlarının önemi, hatalı çalışma duruşlarının sebep olduğu meslek hastalıkları, çalışma duruşu tekniklerinden OWAS (Ovako Working Postures Analysing System) yöntemi ve bu yöntemin bir oto-servis istasyonuna uygulanmasına yönelik bir uygulamaya yer verilmiş ve çalışma duruşlarının oto-servis istasyonunda nasıl iyileştirebileceğine yönelik alternatif metotlar sunulmuştur.
