BİYOMEDİKAL İŞARETLERİN SINIFLANDIRILMASINDA OTOMATİK TEŞHİS SİSTEMLERİNİN BAŞARIMI

Bu çalışmada, oftalmik atardamar Doppler işaretlerinin, elektroensefalogram (EEG) ve elektrokardiyogram(EKG) işaretlerinin sınıflandırılması için farklı ve birleşik özniteliklerin kullanıldığı otomatik teşhis sistemleriincelenmiş ve bu sistemlerin doğrulukları saptanmıştır. Şekil tanımlama uygulamalarında, tanımlanacak olanişlenmemiş işaretten farklı öznitelikler çıkarılır. Farklı öznitelikleri olan birden fazla sınıflayıcıyı birleştirme,şekil sınıflamanın birçok alanında problem olarak görülmektedir. Birleşik öznitelikler ile eğitilen çok katmanlıperseptron sinir ağı, birleşik sinir ağı, uzman ağların karışımı ve farklı öznitelikler ile eğitilen değiştirilmişuzman ağların karışımı gibi modellerin sınıflama doğrulukları karşılaştırılmıştır. Otomatik teşhis sistemleriningirişleri, ağ yapılarına göre farklı veya birleşik özniteliklerden oluşmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın sonuçları, farklıöznitelikler ile eğitilen değiştirilmiş uzman ağların karışımı modelinin, birleşik öznitelikler ile eğitilen diğerotomatik teşhis sistemlerine göre yüksek doğruluk elde ettiğini göstermiştir.
