Rete testisin tubuler ektazisi: Olgu sunumu

Rete testisin kistik dilatasyonu olarakta bilinen Rete testisin tubuler ektazisi nadir görülen, nonneoplastik bir antitedir. RTTE'nin yanlızca %5'i benign olan testis tümörlerinden ayırımının yapılması, bu hastalara gereksiz operasyonların önlenmesinde önemli rol oynamaktadır. Testisin neoplastik hastalıkları bu durumdan tümör marker seviyeleri, karakteristik ultrason (US) veya doppler bulguları ile ayırt edilmektedir. Bu çalışmada rete testis kistik dilatasyonu olarak değerlendirilen bir olgu sunulmaktadır. Skrotal ağrı şikayeti olan 57 yaşındaki hasta US, renkli Doppler ve manyetik rezonans görüntüleme ile değerlendirildi.

Tubular ectasia of the rete testis

Tubular ectasia of the rete testis (RTTE), known as cyctic dilatation of rete testis, is a rare, nonneoplastic entity. Dıffarential diagnosis of RTTE from bening testis tumors which are only %5 of testis tumor can play an important role to avoid unneccary operations. Neoplastic diseases of testis are differantiated from this beningn lesion of testis with tumor marker level, characteristic USG dopler or dopler findings. A 57 year old patient, with scrotal pain, who was evaluated with USG dopler and MRI was presented as RTTE in this case report.
