A Case of Neuro-Behcet Which was Confused with Menengitis
Behcet's disease is a systemic vasculitic disorder with chronic, relapsing and unknown etiology. Central neural system involvement is defined as Neuro-Behcet and the prevalence of neurological complications in Neuro-Behcet ranges from 3% to 10%. In this article, we aimed to present a patient who was initially diagnosed with meningitis due to clinical and cerebrospinal fluid findings, showed partial improvement, after the deterioration of the general condition and worsening of neurological findings during the follow-up period diagnosed with Neuro-Behçet as a result of examinations and radiological examinations, and responded to immunosuppressive therapies.
