Behçet Hastalığının Atipik Prezantasyonu: ADEM Olgusu

Akut dissemine ensefalomiyelit (ADEM), merkezi sinir sisteminin enflamatuvar, demiyelinizan bir hastalığıdır. Yaygın nörolojik bulgularla birlikte beyin ve omurilikte multifokal lezyonlar görülür. Klinik olarak hızlı ve gürültülü fokal veya multifokal nörolojik işlev bozukluğu gelişebilir. Behçet hastalığının en ciddi seyir gösteren formu nörolojik tutulumlu formudur. Nörolojik tutulum Behçet hastalığı olgularının %20'sinde görülür. Merkezi sinir sistemi tutulumu nadiren diğer sistemlerin tutulumundan önce olabilir. Bu yazıda, daha önce hiçbir tanı almamış, ADEM ile prezente olan Nöro-Behçet olgusunu sunmayı amaçladık

An Atypical Presentation of Behçet's Disease: A Case of ADEM Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) is an inflammatory and demyelinating condition of central nervous system. A wide range of neurological symptoms are present along with multifocal lesions within brain and spinal cord. Clinically, severe focal or multifocal neurological deficits with an abrupt onset may develop. The most severe form of Behçet's disease is the one with neurological involvement, which constitutes 20% of all Behçet's cases. Rarely, central nervous system involvement may develop before any other organ systems. In this work, we aim to report a NeuroBehçet case presented with ADEM who did not have any previous diagnosis
