Productivity behaviour: To be enthusiastic employee

The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of employee enthusiasm on productivity. The organization’s human resources have a great importance to improve productivity. In this sense, motivation has always been recognized as an important factor in productivity. Employee enthusiasm is a state of high employee morale that derives from satisf- ying the three key needs (fair treatment, achievement and camaraderie) of workers. The enthusiastic employee provides enormous competitive advantages for companies. For this reason, organizations would want to have employees who display that level of enthusiasm for their jobs, their company and their colleagues. As result of, companies should give attention the relationship between employee enthusiasm and productivity.
