Finansal Refah Hâli: Dumlupınar Üniversitesi Akademisyenlerine Yönelik Ampirik Bir Araştırma

Çalışmanın amacı, akademik personelin finansal refah halini ölçmektir. Buna yö- nelik olarak literatürdeki tartışma ve bulguları esas almanın yanı sıra akademik personelin unvanı, yaşı, cinsiyeti, medeni durumu ve görev yeri değişkenleri de göz önünde bulundurarak hipotezler oluşturulmuştur. Araştırmanın hipotezlerini test etmek amacıyla Dumlupınar Üniversitesi’nin tüm birimlerinde görev yapan akademik personele yönelik anket uygulanmış ve 246 akademik personelden oluşan bir örneklem büyüklüğüne ulaşılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS progra- mı kullanılarak, aritmetik ortalama, tekyönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA), Tukey tes- ti ve t testi kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Analizlerin sonucunda, çalışmaya katı- lan akademik personelin finansal refah durumlarından sınırlı düzeyde memnuni- yet duydukları bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır.
