Ekonomik Küreselleşme ve Büyüme İlişkisi: Türkiye Örneği Toda-Yamamoto Nedensellik Analizi

Bu çalışmada ekonomik küreselleşme (KOF Economic Globalization Index) ile büyüme arasındaki nedensellik ilişkisi, 1970-2011 yılları arası için Türkiye örnekleminde incelenmiştir. Toda-Yamamoto nedensellik testinin uygulandığı çalışma sonucunda, ekonomik küreselleşmeden büyümeye doğru tek yönlü nedensellik ilişkisinin olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır

Relationship Between Economic Globalization and Growth: Toda-Yamamoto Causality Analysis in the Case of Turkey

In this study, the causality relationship between economic globalization (KOF Economic Globalization Index) and growth is analysed for Turkey over the period 1970-2011. According to Toda-Yamamoto causality tests, the results indicate that there is a unidirectional causality running from economic globalization to growth
