Paratuberkülosis'in Serolojik Teşhisi Üzerinde Çalışmalar

Laboratuvarırnızın resmi kayıtlarına göre, Devlet kurumlarına ve halka ait hayvanlardan gönderilen 4376 serum Paratüberkülosis bakırnından Mikro c.f testiyle rnuayeneye tabi tutulmuş olup bu miktarın 317'si ayrıca Tüp- komplernent- fixation testiyle mukayese edilmiştir. 317 serumdan 299 serum Mikro ve Tüpkomplement fixation testleriyle aynı neticeyi vermiş 18 serumdan ise ayrı sonuç alınmıştır. Buna göre. iki metod arasındaki uyarlık uranı % 94.3 dür. Bu nisbet her iki testin lehine kaydedilecek bir husus olmakla beraber, geniş ölçüde - yapılacak taramalarda kolay ve çabuk olmasından dolayı Mikro- metod'un, enfektelerdeki maximal titrenin, enfeksiyon durumunun değerlendirilmesinde de Tüp metodunun uygulanmasının faydalı olacağı kanaatına varılmıştır. İstihsal tarzından metinde mufassalan bahsedilmiş olan mezkur antijenden elimizde bir miktar mevcuttur. Bu metodla çalışmak İstiyen meslektaşlarımıza gönderebileceğimizi bu vesileyle bildirmek isteriz.

Studies on Serological Diagnosis of Paratuberculosis

According to the official records of our laboratory, 4376 blood sera from the animals of State and private · farms were tested by the method of Micro- coplement fixation test, 317 out of these sera were alsa tested comparatively by Danish Tube- complement fixation method. By the comparative examination, 299 out of 317 sera gave the same results but the ternaining 18 sera were found to be different. So, it could be stated that the rate of corelation between two methods ise 94.3 %. Although two different methods could be used instead of each other, but Micro - complement fixation method is suggested for screening purpose because it is more practical and wnvenient. The latter, Tube - method, is advised for evaluation of infection and ·maximal titre in reactors.
