Öz The numbers of lasting research on the Armenian Question in Turkey are very few. The Ermeni Aratırmaları (Armenian Studies) Journal under the editorship of Ret. Ambassador Ömer Engin Lütem, who is continuing his publishing life for 10 years now, fills in the gap existing in this area. While this article examines Lütem’s practices towards the Armenian Question and protecting Turkish presence in Bulgaria since the years he worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a bureaucrat, it also somewhat presents a biography of him to the readers
