Bu çalışmada, karahindibadan (Taraxacum officinale) fenoliklerin mikrodalga destekli ekstraksiyonunun (MAE) modellenmesi, yanıt yüzey metodolojisi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ekstraksiyon sıcaklığı, ekstraksiyon süresi, çözücü konsantrasyonu ve katı ile çözücü arasındaki oran gibi MAE faktörlerini optimize etmek için yüz merkezli kompozit tasarım kullanıldı. Optimizing and Modeling of Microwave Assisted Extraction of Phenolics from Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) by Response Surface Methodology

Abstract: Modelling microwave assisted extraction (MAE) of phenolics from dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) was carried out via response surface methodology in this study. Face-centered composite design was used to optimize the MAE factors as temperature of extraction, time of extraction, concentration of solvent and ratio between solid and solvent. Process factors of the MAE were optimized for maximum total phenolic content (TPC) of the dandelion extract.
