Melek balığı (Pterophyllum scalare Lictenstein, 1823) yemlerine pediococcus acidilactici ilavesinin büyüme ve yaşama oranı üzerine etkileri
Bu çalışmada, melek balıkları ( Pterophyllum scalare Lictenstein, 1823)’nın yemlerine % 0.1 ve % 1 oranlarında Pediococcus acidilactici MA 18/5M (Bactocell ® ) ilave edilmesinin büyüme, yem değerlendirme ve yaşama oranı üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Ça lışmada, ortalama ağırlığı 0.14±0.003 g ve total boyu 2.09±0.04 cm olan melek balıkları kullanılmıştır. Deneme yemleri melek balıkları yemlerine iki farklı oranda Bactocell ilavesi ile hazırlanmıştır. Deneme grupları 3 tekerrürlü olarak 90 gün boyunca yem lenmiştir. Bu çalışma sonucuna göre, melek balıklarındaki büyüme performansı, yem değerlendirme ve yaşama oranları üzerine P. acidilactici MA 18/5M (Bactocell ® ) kullanımının olumlu bir etkisinin olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.
Effect of Pediococcus acidilactici suplementation in diet on growth and survival rate of angel fish (Pterophyllum scalare Lictenstein, 1823)
In this study, effects on feed conversion ratio, specific growth rate and survival rate of Pediococcus acidilactici MA 18/5M (Bactocell ® ) addition in different ratio to angel fish diet ( Pterophyllum scalare Lictenstein, 1823) were investigated. In this study was used angelfish that av erage weight was 0.14±0.003 g and total length 2.09±0.04 cm. Experiment diets were prepared by adding bactocell (1% - 1%) at two different levels to angelfish diet. The experiment groups were fed as 3 replicates during 90 days. According to the results o f this study; there is no positive effects use of Pediococcus acidilactici MA 18/5M (Bactocell ® ) on growth performance, feed conversion ratio and survival of angelfish.
