SAĞLIK ÇALIŞANLARINDA DUYGUSAL ZEKÂ VE MERHAMET YORGUNLUĞUNUN SOSYO-DEMOGRAFİK AÇIDAN FARKLILIKLARI
Bu çalışmada, sağlık çalışanlarının duygusal zekâ ve merhamet yorgunluğu değişkenlerinin sosyo-demografik faktörler açısından araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada incelenmesi amaçlanan sosyo-demografik değişkenler; cinsiyet, yaş, medeni durum, öğrenim durumu, meslek, mesleki deneyim, çalışılan kurum ve çalışılan birim olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırma 555 sağlık çalışanı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada verilerin değerlendirilmesinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler ile farklılık analizlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda çalışanların duygusal zekâ ve merhamet yorgunluğu düzeylerinde cinsiyet ve medeni durum değişkenlerinin anlamlı farklılıklar oluşturmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte yaş, çalışılan kurum ve mesleki deneyim ile duygusal zekâ; yaş, öğrenim durumu, meslek, çalışılan kurum, çalışılan birim ve mesleki deneyim arasında ise merhamet yorgunluğu düzeyleri açısından anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu gözlenmiştir.
