İŞKOLİZM VE TÜKENMİŞLİK İLİŞKİSİNDE PSİKOLOJİK SERMAYENİN ARACI ROLÜ

Günümüz rekabet koşullarında, çalışanların gerekenden fazla performans göstermesi önemlidir. Ancak çalışanların tüm enerjisini gerekenden fazla kullanması bir süre sonra tükenme durumuna neden olmaktadır. Tükenmişlik, kişiyi “fizyolojik ve psikolojik” olarak etkilemektedir. Bu olumsuz durumun aşılması, kişinin olumlu yönlerine odaklanan psikolojik sermaye ile mümkün müdür? Araştırmanın amacı, işkolizm ve tükenmişlik ilişkisinde psikolojik sermayenin aracı rolünün incelenmesidir. Bu nedenle yoğun mesai saatleri olan ve standart çalışma koşullarına sahip iki bankanın 201 çalışanıyla anket yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları, işkolikliğin tükenmişliği negatif olarak etkilediğini ve psikolojik sermayenin de işkoliklik ile tükenmişlik arasındaki ilişkide aracılık rolüne sahip olduğunu ortaya koymuştur.

In today's competitive conditions, it is important that employees perform more effort than necessary. However, employees who using of all the energy that physiologically and psychologically, this cause burnout after a while. Is it possible to overcome this negative situation by psychological capital which focusing on the positive aspects of the emloyees?The aim of this research is to examine the mediating role of psychological capital on the relationship between workolism and burnout. For this aim, a survey was conducted with two bank’s 201 employees who have high working hours and standard operating conditions. The results of the study revealed that, worklolism had a negative effect and psychological capital had a mediating role on the relationship between worklolism and burnout.
