Sisplatin kemoterapisini izleyen persistan hipomagnezemi ve tetani

Bu makalede, over kanseri sonrası sisplatin içeren kemoterapi protokolü uygulanan iki hastada gelişen persistan hipomagnezemi ve buna sekonder tetani sunuldu. Ayrıca, sisplatine bağlı gelişen hipomagnezeminin klinik prezantasyonu, nedenleri, profılaksi ve tedavi seçenekleri, ilgili literatürün ışığında tartışıldı.

Persistent hypomagnesemia and tetany following cisplatin chemothreapy

In this paper, it is presented persistent hypomagnesemia and secondary tetany in two patients with ovarian cancer who have received cisplatin chemotherapy and it is also discusse clinical presentation, causes, prophylaxis and treatment choises of cisplatin induced hypomagnesemia by the literature.
