Primer appendiks adenokarsinomu ve taşlı yüzük hücreli karsinomu: 2 olgu sunumu
Primer appendiks adenokarsinomu ve taşlı yüzük hücreli karsinomu nadir görülen neoplazmlardır ve tüm gastrointestinal neoplazmlarının %0,5'inden azını oluşturur. Sunduğumuz olguların ilki appendiks adenokarsinomu ve diğeri taşlı yüzük hücreli karsinomuna aittir. İlk olgu akut appendisit nedeniyle uygulanan appendektomi sonucu tanı verilmiş, diğeri over karsinomu ön tanısıyla uygulanan total abdominal histerektomi, bilateral salfingooferektomi, omentektomi ve appendektomi materyalinin patolojik incelenmesi sonucu tanı verilmiş olgulardır.
Primary appendix adenocarcinoma and signet ring cell carcinoma: 2 case reports
Primary appendix adenocarcinoma and signet ring cell carcinoma are rarely seen neoplasms and they constitues less than 0,5 percent of all gastrointestinal neoplasms. The cases that we presents are primary appendix adenocarcinoma and signet ring cell carcinoma. The first case was applied appendectomy because of acute appendicitis, the second case was applied total abdominal histerectomy, bilateral salphingoooferectomy, omentectomy and appendectomy because of over carcinoma prediagnose; and than they were diagnosed as appendix adenocarcinoma and signet ring cell carcinoma after pathological examination.
