Nukhal-tip fibrom: Olgu sunumu

Nukhal fıbrom, interskapuler ve paraspinal bölgeyi tutan, posterior servikal subkütanöz dokudan gelişen benign karakterde bir yumuşak doku tümörüdür. Aynı zamanda başka lokalizasyonlarda da görülebilir. Çok sayıdaki diğer benign baş boyun lezyonlarıyla yakın histopatolojik benzerliklerinden ötürü, tanı konulurken dikkatli olunmalıdır. Lez-yonun diabet ve Gardner sendromu ile ilişkili olduğu düşünülmekte olup, bu gibi antitelerin ilk işareti olarak görülebileceği akılda tutulmalıdır. Biz boyunda kitlesi olan 38 yaşında erkek hastada nukhal tipte fibrom olgusunu sunuyoruz.

Nuchal-type fibroma: Case report

Nuchal fibroma is a benign soft tissue tumor that arises from the posterior cervical subcutaneuous tissue, with a predilection for the interscapular and paraspinal regions. It can also occur in a number of other sites. Because of its close histopathologic similarity to many other benign head and neck lesions, diagnosis must be made carefully. It is considered to be in association with diabetes and Gardner's syndrome and it must be remembered that it can be the first sign of these kind of entities. We report a case of nuchal type fibroma of a 38 year old man with a neck mass.
