Memenin histiositoid karsinomu: Bir olgu sunumu

Histiositoid karsinom nadir görülen bir meme tümörüdür. İlk kez 1973 yılında Hood tarafından göz kapağına metastaz yapmış bir meme karsinomunda rapor edilmiştir. O tarihten bu yana izole olgu sunumları tarzında bildirilen histiositoid karsinomunun histogenezi halen tartışmalıdır. Birçok yayında pleomorfik lobuler karsinomun bir varyantı olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada 74 yaşındaki kadın hastada görülen histiositoid karsinom olgusu sunulmuştur.

Histiocytoid carcinoma of the breast: A case report

Histiocytoid carcinoma is a rare type of breast tumor. It was first reported in 1973 by Hood et al. with eyelid metastasis of breast carcinoma. Since then, only isolated cases have been reported and the histogenesis of histiocytoid carcinoma is still controversial. In many reports, it has been considered as a variant of lobular carcinoma. In this report, we described a case of histiocytoid carcinoma in a 74-year-old woman.
