İnce barsak lezyonlarının gösterilmesinde enteroklizisin yeri

İnce barsak lezyonlarının radyolojik olarak görüntülenmesi oldukça güçtür. Herlinger'in popularize ettiği enteroklizis yöntemi sayesinde ince barsak lezyonlarının spesifik olarak görüntülenebileceği düşünülmektedir Bu çalışmada gastrointestinal sistem yakınma ve bulguları ile kliniğimize başvuran 21 olgu retrospektif olarak incelenmiştir. Öpere edilen olguların; yedisinde Crohn, altısında düz kas hücreli tümör, dördünde ince barsak lenfoması, birinde posttravmatik darlık, birinde anjiofolliküler lenf nodu hiperplazisi (Castleman hastalığı), birinde postoperatif darlık, birinde adeno karsinom saptanmıştır. Tüm olgularda enteroklizisin anatomik olarak lezyonu lokalize ettiği, lezyonu'n doğası ve yayılımı hakkında bilgi verdiği görülmüştür. Biz enteroklizis tekniğinin ince barsak lezyonlarının tespiti konusunda oldukça duyarlı bir yöntem olduğu düşüncesindeyiz.

The role of enteroclysis in the evaluation of small bowel lesions

Imaging of the lesions of the small intestines has been challenging, Enteroclysis, a technique popularised by Herlinger; has been proposed to detect specifically the small intestinal lesions. In this paper; 21 cases presenting to Ege University General Surgery Department with gastrointestinal complaints and symptoms have been studied retrospectively. Of these 21 patients, operation confirmed; Croishn disease in seven, leiomyoma in six, lymphoma in four, Posttraumatic stenosis in one, postoperative stenosis in one, angiofollicular lymph node hyperplasia (Castleman's disease) in one and adeno carcinoma in one patient. In all cases, enteroclysis has been success ful to locate the lesion and define the nature and extention of the disease. We concluded that, enteroclysis is a sensitive technique in the detection and evaluation of the lesions of the small intestines.
