Atiptik bir pigmente bazal hücreli karsinoma olgusu ve tanıda dermoskopinin yeri

En sık görülen primer kutanöz malignite olan bazal hücreli karsinom, genellikle bas ve boyun bölgesinde yerlesir ve sıklıkla nodüler tipte görülür. Bir kısmı pigment içererek, melanomu taklit eden klinik özellikler gösterebilir. Bu durumda morfolojik olarak ayırıcı tanı güçlesir. Dermoskopi pigmente deri lezyonlarının değerlendirilmesinde kullanılan noninvaziv bir tekniktir. Melanositik ve nonmelanositik lezyonların ayırıcı tanısında klinisyenlere oldukça yol gösterici olmustur. Burada, abdominal bölge yerlesimli, atipik görünümlü bir pigmente bazal hücreli karsinom olgusu sıradısı klinik görünümü ve neredeyse kesin tanıya götüren çesitli dermoskopik kriterleri nedeniyle sunuldu.

A case of etypical pigmented basal cell carsdinoma:Dermoscopy in the diagnosis

Basal cell carcinoma, the most common primer cutaneous malignancy, is generally localized in the head and neck area and mostly presents as nodular type. Some of basal cell carsinomas are pigmented and they clinically imitate melanoma. Under the circumstances, the morphological differential diagnosis is difficult. Dermoscopy is a noninvasive technique used in the diagnosis of pigmented skin lesions. It has been a directory tool in the differential diagnosis of melanocytic and nonmelanocytic lesions. Here, a case of pigmented basal cell carcinoma localized on the abdomen is presented because of its atypical clinical appearance and having variety of dermoscopic criteria which allowed almost certain diagnosis.
