KESİTSEL ANOMALİLERİNİN BORSA İSTANBUL’DA TEST EDİLMESİ

Etkin Piyasalar Hipotezi’ne göre, yatırımcıların, piyasa üstü getiri elde etme amaçlı oluşturacakları yatırım stratejileri başarılı olmamaktadır. Ancak, literatürde Etkin Piyasalar Hipotezi ile çelişen kayda değer sayıda çalışma yürütülmüştür. Bu çalışmanın da amacı benzer bir şekilde; Fiyat/Kazanç (F/K), Fiyat/Nakit Akım (F/NA), Fiyat/Satışlar (F/S) ve Piyasa Değeri/Defter Değeri (PD/DD) Oranları Anomalilerinin, BIST100 Endeksi’nde gözlemlenip gözlemlenmediğini araştırmaktır. Çalışmanın sonucunda düşük F/K, düşük F/NA ve düşük PD/DD oranlarına sahip hisse senetlerinin, istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir şekilde, anormal getiri oluşturduğu görülmüştür. Söz konusu bu sonuç, F/S oranı için istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunamamıştır.
