The purpose of this study is to make validty and reliability analysis of Scale of Managers’ Emotion Management Behaviours in terms of Management Processes. For this purpose, the instructors who work in higher education insitutions have been chosen as the participants of the study. Factor analysis has been done to determine the structure validity. After the factor analysis, it has been found out that the scale includes 6 factors. Considering the management processes, these factors have been named as Decision Making, Planning, Communication, Organization, Coordination and Evaluation. Item-total scale correlations were examined to determine discriminations of items and the scale has high internal consistency. The reliability of the scale has been anaylsed through Cronbach Alpha Value and the scale has been found as reliable. The correlations between factors in the scale are examined and significant relations between factors are seen. The findings shows that this scale is suitable to implemet in higher education institutions to determine managers’ emotion behaviours in terms of management processes
