Bu araştırmanın amacı, tezsiz yüksek lisans öğrencilerinin öğretmenlik mesleğine ilişkin tutumlarını bazı değişkenlere göre incelemektir. Örneklem, Buca Eğitim Fakültesinde okumakta olan tezsiz yüksek lisans öğrencilerinden (kız = 82, erkek = 48, olmak üzere toplam 130 öğrenciden) oluşturulmuştur. Veri toplama araçları olarak "Kişisel Bilgi Formu" ve "Mesleki Tutum Ölçeği" uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler "F-testi", "t-testi", "Kruskal-Wallis testi", "Mann-Whitney testi" ve "LSD testi" ile çözümlenmiştir. Sonuçlara göre, tezsiz yüksek lisans öğrencilerinin öğretmenlik mesleğine ilişkin tutumları ile bazı değişkenler arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişkiler bulunmaktadır.

The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the attitutes of M.A students (the program which doesn't include a thesis but includes a graduation Project in some departments) to the profession of teaching according to various variables. The sample includes the M. A students of Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Education. A personal data form and Profession Attitude Inventory are used. In this study F-test, t-test, Kruskal Wallis test, Mann- Whitney test and LSD are used for statistical analysis. Acording to the results there is statistically significant relationship between the attitudes and some variables.
