Bu araştırmada, M. E. B'na bağlı okullarda öğretmen olarak çalışan ve aynı zamanda lisansüstü eğitimine devam eden öğretmenlerin, lisansüstü eğitimleri süresince karşılaştıkları bazı sorunları, yönetmelik, ekonomik katkı ve eğitim-öğretim açısından incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışma, Gaziantep, Manisa ve Kütahya illerin lisansüstü eğitim öğrencisi 18 öğretmenin katılımıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, öğretmenlerin yönetmelik, ekonomik ve eğitim-öğretime ilişkin çeşitli sorunlarla karşılaştıkları tespit edilmiştir.

This study investigates some problems concerned with Msc. Students who have been working as a teacher at the schols of Ministry of Education. These problems are discessed in the No of the regulations. The data of research is gathered trough observation and interviews. The sample space of study consisted of 18 graduate. students living in Manisa, Kütahya and Gazi Antep. The gathered data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis method.
