Alawite Religious Course is a course in public school of different states in Germany for Alawite children. In the paragraph of The Constitution of Germany (the Number of 7/ 3), common charecter of this course that educated in the frame of state constitutions and state schools is that this course is confessional religious course. It is possible that, there are legal and educational effect from this course on Turkey over Germany and Eurepean Union. Innovators of these effects have been started seeing in the field of legal and religious education.
