Sinerjik Yönetsel Uygulamaların Strateji Bileşenleri Üzerindeki Etkisine ilişkin Bir Araştırma

Bu çalışmada yönetim literatüründe giderek daha çok üzerinde durulmaya başlanan sinerjik yönetsel uygulamalar ve bu uygulamaların yine sinerjik bir yaklaşımla Fuchs v d 2000 tarafından geliştirilen strateji bileşenleri üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır Bu amaçla öncelikle sinerji ve sinerjik yönetim tanımlarından hareketle sinerjik yönetim fonksiyonları olarak adlandırdığımız; sinerjik planlama sinerjik organizasyon tasarımı sinerjik yürütme ve sinerjik denetim kavramları geliştirilmiştir Daha sonra da Fuchs v d 2000 ’nin stratejik entegrasyon yaklaşımında ortaya koymuş oldukları strateji bileşenleri: yön belirleme ürün pazar odaklanması kaynaklar yetenekler organizasyon kültür ve bu bileşenlerin oluşumuna kaynaklık eden strateji okulları incelenmiştir Literatür incelemesi sırasında sinerjik yönetsel uygulamalar ile strateji bileşenleri arasındaki ilişkileri inceleyen çalışmalara pek rastlanmadığı gözlemlenmiştir Bu nedenle bu çalışmada sinerjik yönetsel uygulamaların strateji bileşenleri üzerindeki etkisini ele alan bir model geliştirilmiş ve modelde öngörülen ilişkiler test edilmiştir Yapılan analizler sonucunda sinerjik planlama sinerjik yürütme ve sinerjik denetim fonksiyonlarının yön belirleme üzerinde sinerjik yürütme fonksiyonunun ürün pazar odaklanması üzerinde sinerjik organizasyon tasarımı ve sinerjik yürütme fonksiyonlarının ise kaynaklar yetenekler ve organizasyon kültür üzerinde etkili olduğu bulunmuştur Anahtar Kelimeler: Sinerji Sinerjik Yönetim Rekabet Avantajı Strateji Bileşenleri A STUDY ON SYNERGISTIC MANAGEMENT PRACTICES EFFECT ON STRATEGY COMPONENTS
