Bu çalışmada yapı sistemlerinin üç boyutlu statik analizi için iki adet bilgisayar programı geliştirilmiştir. Birinci bilgisayar programı rijitlik matrisi yönteminde altsistemlere ayırma metodu ile çerçevelerin analizini yapmaktadır. İkinci bilgisayar programı da yapı sistemlerinin tasarım değişikliği sonucunda yeniden analizini yapmaktadır. İkinci bilgisayar programı veri olarak, orijinal sistemin bilgilerini birinci bilgisayar programı tarafından hazırlanan çıktı dosyalarından almaktadır. Programların değerlendirilmesini yapabilmek için çalışmanın sonunda bazı örnekler çözülmüştür. Aynı örnekler $SAP80^{(R)}$ programı ile de çözülmüş ve analiz sonuçlarının karşılaştırılmaları verilmiştir. Analiz sonuçları, geliştirilen programların yapı sistemlerinin üç boyutlu statik analizinde güvenilir bir şekilde kullanılabileceğini göstermiştir.

In this study, two computer programs are developed for the three dimensional static analysis of frame systems. The first program is prepared by employing the method of substructures in the stiffness matrix method. The second program is prepared by the method of redesign of structure by modification of supports and/or element properties. The second computer program reads the original structure properties from the first program's output files. To assess the computer programs, some examples are analyzed at the end of this study. Some examples are analyzed by the $SAP80^{(R)}$ program, and the results are compared. The results of the analysis show that the programs developed can be used reliably for the three dimensional static analysis of frame systems.
