Regional flood frequency analysis for Seyhan River Basin

Seyhan Basin was divided imaginary sub-areas by applying homogenity tests for 11 local stations on the Seyhan River Basin. These stations have had peak discharge records for annual periods changing between 16 and 55 years. Log Logistik, Log Pearson 3, Pearson 3, Wakeby, Log Boughton, Gumbel and Log Normal models were applied to those subareas by the means of spreadsheet programs for regional flood frequency analysis. At-Site flood frequency analysis was then made for the local stations on the Seyhan River Basins. Kolmogorov-Simirnov and Cramer Von Mises tests were also used to determine which flood frequency model produced the most accuracy results when applied to observed data
