Gerilim Kontrollü İkinci Nesil Akım Taşıyıcı Tabanlı Yüksek Kazançlı Bant Geçiren Süzgeç
Analog elektronik uygulamalarında aktif süzgeçler işlemsel kuvvetlendirici (OPAMP) ve işlemsel geçiş iletkenliği kuvvetlendiricisi (OTA) kullanılarak tasarlanabilirler fakat yakın zamanlarda akım modlu devreler güncel uygulamaları ile gündemdedir. Akım taşıyıcı yapılarının bant genişliklerinin ve lineerliklerinin gerilim modlu işlemsel kuvvetlendiricilerden daha iyi olmasından dolayı analog tasarımlarda tercih edilmektedir [1-3]. Gerilim kontrollü ikinci nesil akım taşıyıcı (VCCII) kullanarak yüksek kazançlı bant geçiren süzgeç uygulanması gerçekleştirilebilir. VCCII’nin X terminalindeki seri direnç bias gerilimi ile kontrol edilebilir. Bu çalışmada VCCII’nin X terminalinin değişken direnç özelliği kullanarak gerilim modunda gerilim kontrollü bant geçiren süzgeç önerilmiştir. En az sayıda pasif eleman kullanarak (sadece iki VCCII ve iki kondansatör kullanılarak) bant geçiren süzgeç tasarlanmıştır. Süzgeçin gerilim kazancı yaklaşık 57,6 dB’dir. Süzgeçin kontrol gerilimine göre ayarlanabilen merkezi frekansı yaklaşık 15,7 kHz’dir.
High Gain Band Pass Filter Based on Voltage Controlled Second Generation Current Conveyor
In analog electronic applications, active filters can be designed with operational amplifier (OPAMP) and operational transconductance amplifier (OTA), but recently the current mode circuits are on the way with current applications. Current conveyor structures are preferred in analog designs because of their better bandwidth and linearity than voltage-mode operational amplifiers [1-3]. Using a voltage controlled second generation current conveyor (VCCII), a high gain band pass filter can be implemented. The series resistance at the X terminal of VCCII can be controlled by the bias voltage. In this study, a voltage controlled band pass filter in voltage mode is proposed using the variable resistance characteristic of terminal X of VCCII. The band pass filter is designed using a minimum number of passive elements (only two VCCIIs and two capacitors). The voltage gain of the filter is about 57.6 dB. The center frequency, which can be adjusted according to the control voltage of the filter, is about 15.7 kHz.
