Ektima Gangrenosumlu Psödomonas Sepsisinde görülen Fasial Sinir Paralizisi

Ektima gangrenozum sıklıkla P. aeruginosa tarafından oluşturulan deri lezyonudur. Periferik fasiyal paralizi ve mastoidit, P.aeruginosa"nın etken olduğu otitis medianın nadir görülen komplikasyonlarıdır. Bu çalışmada, ektima gangrenosum ve fasial paralizisi olan 4 aylık çocuk sunulmuştur.

Facial Nerve Paralysis seen in Pseudomonas sepsis with ecthyma gangrenosum

Ecthyma gangrenosum is a skin lesion which is created by pseudomonas auriginosa. Peripheral facial paralysis and mastoiditis as a rare complication of otitis media induced by pseudomonas auriginosa.In this study, 4 months child who has ecthyma gangrenosum and facial nerve paralysis was reported.
