Dört yaşında hışıltı nedeni ile başvuran vaka sunumu

Konjenital lober amfizem, bir akciğer lobunun aşırı havalanması ve aşırı distansiyonu ile seyreden, sütçocukluğu döneminde solunum sıkıntısı nedeni olan bir konjenital akciğer anomalisidir. En sık görülen semptom ve bulgular ta-şipne, öksürük, siyanoz, hışıltı, ses kısıklığı ve etkilenen akciğerde solunum seslerinde azalmadır. Sütçocuklarında ender bir hışıltı nedenidir. Bu makalede hışıltı ile başvuran ve bronşiyal darlığın saptandığı bir konjenital lober amfizem vakası sunulmuştur.

Wheezing in a 4 year old boy: Case report

Congenital lobar emphysema is characterized by overdistension and airtrapping in the affected, lobe, and is one of the causes of infantile respiratory distress. Tachypnea, dyspnea, cough, cyanosis, wheezing, hoarseness, and decreased breath sounds on the affected side were the main symptoms and clinical findings. It's a rare cause of wheezing in infants. We report a case of congenital lobar emphysema presented with wheezing and caused by bronchial stenosis.
