Çocuklarda asit maddelerin alımı sonucu gelişen mide hasarı

Çocuklarda Asit Maddelerin Alımı Sonucu Gelişen Mide Hasarı Çocuklarda asit madde alımları alkali madde alımlarına göre daha nadirdir. Asit madde alımını izleyen süreçte mide perforasyonu, pilor ve antrumda skar meydana gelebilmektedir. Bu nedenle bu hastalar koroziv madde alımını takiben çok yakın izlenmelidir. Çalışmamızda asit madde alımını takiben gelişen dört ayrı mide hasarı vakası sunulmuştur.

Gastric damage from ingested acid in children

Accidental ingestion of acids are encountered less frequ-ently in comparison to alkalis in childhood. The ingestion of acids may result in gastric perforation, pyloric or antral scarring, thus, those patients should be closely followed after acid ingestion. In this study, four children with acid ingestion causing gastric damage are presented.
