Bu makalede, on üç yaşındaki erkek vakada akselere nodal ritimle kendini gösteren akut romatizmal ateş vakası sunulmuştur.
A patient with rheumatic fever presented by accelerated nodal rhythm
Rheumatic fever is still most common cause of heart disease in many developing countries. Carditis is the most serious manifestation of the rheumatic fever, since it may cause acute heart failure or culminate in chronic valvular heart disease. Long PR intervals are found commonly in rheumatic fever, but may be found in many other settings. In this paper, 13 years old boy with rheumatic fever carditis, presented by accelerated nodal rhythm is presented.
