SAĞLIK MÜDÜRLÜĞÜ ÇALIŞANLARININ İŞ DOYUMU VE TÜKENMİŞLİK DURUMUNUN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ Evaluation for Job Satisfaction and Burnout Status of Health Directorate Employees

ÖZET Amaç: Bu çalışmada sağlık müdürlüğü çalışanlarının iş doyumu ve tükenmişlik durumlarının değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Araştırma tanımlayıcı tipte bir çalışma olup, 219 kişiyle yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada anket formu kullanılmıştır. İstatistiksel analizde, tanımlayıcı bulgular kısmında kategorik değişkenler sayı, yüzde ve sürekli değişkenler ise ortalama ± standart sapma ve ortanca (en büyük, en küçük değer) ile sunulmuştur.
