Bu çalışmada, Türkiye Taşkömürü Kurumu'nda (TTK) uygulanan kömür kazısı prim sistemine alternatif bir yaklaşım olarak yeni bir prim sistemi önerilmiştir. Yeni sistemde üretime etki eden faktörler değerlendirilerek kömür üretiminin artışı hedeflenmiş, havzada beş üretim müessesesinde aynı ölçütlerin kullanılması planlanmıştır.

In this study, a new bonus system is suggested as an alternative to the existing system for coal production applied in Turkish Hardcoal Enterprise (TTK) , assessing the factors affecting the coal production and aiming to use the same measures in the five production units in the basin
