Son zamanlarda, gelişen teknolojiye uygun olarak, bazı cevher hazırlama yöntemlerinin sonuçları bu amaç için geliştirilen matematiksel modeller ve bilgisayar yardımı ile önceden tahmin edilebilmektedir. Bu çalışmaların belirgin özellikleri ise daha kolay elde edilebilen verileri kullanarak daha karışık ve yapılması daha güç cevher hazırlama yöntemlerinin sonuçlarının önceden belirlenebilmesidir. Böylecede zamandan, maliyetten, numuneden ve gerekli iş gücünden tasarruf sağlanabilmektedir.

Recently, it has become widespread to simulate or predict the results of some mineral processing works by mathematical models supported with computers. In these models, parameters obtained by simple works are used to predict the results of more sophisticated works. Therefore, saving of time, cost, sample and necessary labour is realized. In this work, a simulation method predicting the results of locked cycle test from batch data is peresented in detail.
