Bu çalışmada, Denizli-Tavas-Ulukent açık işletmesinde istatistik ve jeoistatistik yöntemler kullanılarak saha rezervi belirlenmiş ve rezerv-tenör ilişkisi araştırılmıştır. Sondajlardan elde edilen kalınlık ve farklı tenor değerleri istatistiksel olarak incelendikten sonra detaylı variogram analizleri yapılmıştır. Sahadaki tenor dağılımları ve rezerv miktarı kriging yöntemi ile belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca çalışmada, sahadaki tenor dağılımı %1 Mn aralıklarla incelenmiş ve her bir tenor aralığmdaki rezerv miktarları ayrı ayrı belirlenerek grafiksel olarak sunulmuştur. Sonuç olarak sahanın ekonomik tenörü %32 Mn olarak belirlenmiş ve bu tenorun altında 3 428 303 ton ve üstünde 3 494 411 ton olmak üzere sahada toplam 6 922 714 ton rezerv bulunmaktadır

In this study, ore reserve of Denizli-Tavas-Ulukent open pit mine is determined using statistical and geostatistical methods and reserve-grade relation of the orebody is investigated. Thickness and different grades obtained from drillholes are investigated statistically and detailed variogram analysis are made. Using kriging, the distributions of grades in the field are determined and total reserve of the mine is calculated. Grade distributions with 1% Mn interval is investigated and the results of the reserve quantities in each grade level are calculated and given graphically. As a result, the cut-off grade is determined to be 32% Mn and the reserve above and under this grade are calculated as 3 428 303 ton and 3 494 411 ton respectively, giving the total reserve of 6 922 714 of the mine
